"There have been a lot of these stories lately where police leveraged people's Google records to prove they had searched how to dispose of bodies or current/tide times or how to defend a hit-and-run. My question is - are they just getting this info off their IE/Google search history on their computer or b/c they were logged in when they searched or did they get a warrant and get Google to turn over their search history somehow? I need to know b/c um yeah I uh..."
