        "A lot of the problem with the misuse comes from people dosing according to age and not weight. The efficacy and safety of the drugs themselves isn't so much the issue, although dextromethorphan is really considered to be useless in children, it's that they're not being dosed properly. The problem is mainly that with kids that young, their weights change often and quickly, and parents have to estimate."
