"Actually, they probably did do it to stop this and other lawsuits- and because corn syrup like all things corn is not as cheap as it once was. but lets not analyze it to death a really great thing. I now have a portable drink that I can feed my kids. the ingredients on the Capri sun's marked 25% less sugar have no High Fructose corn syrup."
