"@FatLynn: In general, I agree - but personally my husband & I are in the process of buying a home with 100% financing with a "physician loan" - if we had to wait until we've saved 20% to put down, then it would be a few more years to get a house we like - additionally, less $ invested in the house, more I have to put into other investments....."

"Honda Finance does this - it's fine until you need a copy of your cancelled check - KeyBank told me that since Honda does it electronically & Honda keeps the actual checks, I will never get a copy - too bad since I wrote "final settlement" on a charge I was disputing - very aggravating!"

"I was surprised that my husband's Coco Rice Krispies have less sugar than my Quaker Granola, so I gave up on trying to eat "healthy" cereal and just have my favorite sugar loaded cereal every morning - Rice Krispie Treats Cereal (that stuff is hard to find, BTW!)...."
