Glad to talk with you about the cable franchise process. All franchises are actually non-exclusive, so anybody can come in and overbuild the incumbent. In the old days, that rarely happened because of the huge capital cost. But as revenue opportunities grow in the phone and Internet space, more and more communities are attracting competing providers. It still isn't happening everywhere, but is becoming more commonplace. I'm happy to dialog with you about any cable concerns you have.
