"Yeah, my vote is 100% on the side of, the guy in marketing who was assigned to take those games off the list, doesn't have photoshop (or know how to use any photo editor), he called the graphics department and got no response, the deadline arrived, so he did it the only way he knew how--by adding in the disclaimer after the image. I REALLY doubt it's a conspiracy or bait and switch."
