Chris, good day. After reading your post about the xbox issue I thought mine would be a great addition. I have yet to figure out who to write to get things posted so please forgive me if I'm doing this wrong but I'm just going to go ahead and post it here for you to consider:

    START

After seeing the post regarding financial woe's of xbox/microsoft customers I thought it was time to come out with mine.

Early last year I called xbox because as everyone knows, or do they, you may add a credit card to your xbox account through your console to pay for fee's and movies etc.. but you may NOT remove it so easily. You need to call them direct and listen to 20 minutes of their groovy elevator music before I happen to get a girl who had no clue about removing it either. After 90 minutes of try this, try that, check here, on the xbox she put me on hold to question a co-worker about my difficult issue. Turns out all our attempts to remove only ONE of my 2 Credit Cards from the xbox was a complete waste of time as The representative is personally the ONLY ONE that may remove the CC from the account. OK. I'll let the 90 minutes slide and she apologizes and gives me her A.OK the Credit Card has
    been removed from your account.

Here comes the sticky party.. Approx 6 months later I pulled my credit report and notice a $360 overdraft/fee's charge from KEYBANK. I knew my account had a $0.00 balance so I called them up. Keybank tells me that Microsoft/XBOX
charged my account $3.99 6 months ago and after the overdraft fee, Monthly fee, Stupidity Fee, and my great choice of being PAPERLESS! I had no clue any of this had happened. Keybank was nice enough to give me the out as long as Microsoft/XBOX provided Me/Keybank with a letterhead stating the charge was a mistake. Which I was happy to hear because this sounds easy enough!

    Sooo back to XBOX.

After fighting with the normal rep that answers the call for 60 minutes who refuses to give you an escalations
member because they must hear the ENTIRE issue over again, I get an escalations member on the phone and DIALTONE!

    OoooK again..

Another explanation to a new rep and DIALTONE after 30 or so minutes this time on hold waiting for the escalations member. Attempting to swallow the coincidence that every escalations rep disconnects my call I call back for a 3rd round. This time my first words after reaching the escalations rep were please call me back if we get disconnected. In length I explained my issue that my CC was removed from the system 6 months ago and The Movie I watched days later should not have been charged to it. In short the rep determined it must be my fault and they could not find anywhere in my record that I had even called to remove it. Again I explained the whole ordeal that the rep had me poking around the system for 90 minutes trying to find the removal option before finding out she had to do it herself.

Now... this Escalations/Supervisor "I believe his names was Mike" was an absolute souless person to speak to a customer
they way he spoke to me. He was extremely demeaning, vein and acting as a pompous fool from the start. Every other word out of his mouth was "and what do you want me to do about it" I repeated myself at least 15-20 times, literally, that what I needed for Keybank was a simple letter stating this was an error. And of course the rep refused and followed it with "what do you want me to do about it" All of this was pushing my last bit of calming tone to the edge. I demanded to speak with someone above him and/or even how to file a claim. His reponse was "are you sure you want to file a claim and risk being charged with Falsifying Information as you seem to be telling me you didnt purchase that movie!" I did not really
understand it at first but what he meant was (I dont believe a thing your saying and I dont care so I'm just going to be an arse to you until you hang up). Finally after the conversation turned to this and I kid you not:

Me: May I speak with someone above you?
Him: Is there anything else I can do for you?
Me: Sir, Please xfer me to a manager or claims..
Him: Is there anything else I can do for you?
Me: There must be someone else I may speak with..
Him: NOPE, Is there anything else I can do for you?

HE HUNG UP ON ME ((Nodding my head -FAILED))

Keybank has told me the only way they will waive the fee's is with the letter from Microsoft/XBOX and as you have
read its easier said then done. What do I do? Keybank has a cap so my charges have stopped but really... $360 for a
$3.99 overdraft? C'MON.. And of course I find it all to ironic the charges stopped at $360..

    Richard Brown.

    P.S. Thanks for listening.

Hi Chris, a little more info: there was never a real bra-burning protest, in the 70's or otherwise. It is a rumor started by the Right to try to paint feminists as illogical, man-hating and overly-sexualized. Unfortunately, too many people are willing to believe that because it's fashionable to demonize women. :(

There were no REAL bra burning protests in the 70's. Look it up.

I'm specifically looking for the John lennon style round frames with the sunshade that flips up. Can't seem to find those anywhere!
