Hi Chris, a little more info: there was never a real bra-burning protest, in the 70's or otherwise. It is a rumor started by the Right to try to paint feminists as illogical, man-hating and overly-sexualized. Unfortunately, too many people are willing to believe that because it's fashionable to demonize women. :(

hey i was on the wonkette site today on my name (snoop-blog), and upset that there was no serious conversation just smart mouthed obsene remarks, so i made a comment about how dissapointed i was and left only to find out i got banned for making the dissapointed comment, which used no profanity, and was not out of line at all. so i'm now on a different name that i've modified to appear as snoop_blog (underscore instead of dash) but none of my friends or followers are on this account. could you pretty please un ban my snoop-blog account, and i promise to never comment on wonkette again. just don't understand how what comments are appropriate for consumerist, are not appropriate for wonkette. but please i promise to stay on only consumerist. i guess being unfamiliar with their commenters really screwed me.

i know you follow commenters for different reasons, and i hope, you follow my comments because they are educated, funny, or ocasionally rediculous (for perspective) i hope you don't consider me a "troll risk". (i am a very paranoid individual)
i know my handle on here may seem a bit over the top, but i think of it in terms like perez hilton. a clever spin of a popular celebrity. it's just for humor.
