"@j12: On the whole, Canada is a much less litigious country than the US (and yes, I am a personal injury lawyer & keep track of these things :). So, I don't think the question of whether Greyhound Canada was going to be sued factored into the decision to pull the ads so much as whether it was the right thing to do, which it was.
