"most houses don't have that long of a cable drop to do something that long they will need a heavier duty cable than most of the installers carry which is RG11, but even at 400ft+ RG11 wont work so they would need to put in Hard Line or even run new plant to your house."
"@ColoradoShark: i wasn't directing this to any of the people posting here it was meant to be directed at the people suing companies while they still have debt as a way to get them off there back."
"I work for a small cable company and i have to drive around with a signal leakage indicator and if i find something that is around 20 or more micro volts i have to stop logged it down and then attempt to fix it."
"@IphtashuFitz: @IphtashuFitz:
i honestly think that it has not been their a year, RG6 cable is not that robust if it was stepped on a few times it would look like crap on the tv it is going to and since most people have more than 1 tv it is most likely feeding the entire house for cable."
