"While the post is aimed at more corporate-type leadership structure, I'd have to say my situation is slightly different in that I work for an inept boss at a company where I am the only employee. My boss isn't mean or demanding (to me, anyways, though him and his wife are constantly fighting in the office), he just simply does not run his business well."
