I have no idea if I was called / called E*Trade during this time, but I really don't care if they recorded me or not. Also from the email, the financials: "Without admitting liability, the Defendant has agreed to pay a total amount of seven million five hundred thousand dollars ($7,500,000) in settlement (the "Common Fund")."
