In terms of software platform, status, size and robustness of user base, customer satisfaction with the underlying network company (att v sprint), the liklyhood that the device will be around in a year, and of course brand recognition, the iPhone doesn't just beat the instinct, it slaughters it. Sprints sole advantage is price."
