The problem with VIP medicine is that, SOMETIMES, the team of medical/surgical/whatever are inclined to give in to unreasonable demands at the whim of an uninformed patient. Performing multiple expensive procedures at the behest of an insistent Patient, when otherwise they would have followed their intuitive sense based of education, experience and just gut feeling. This scenario plays out, by keeping a Patient in the Hospital and at risk for nosocomial infections (among other pitfalls). One of the keys to solving our health care woes, is in finding a balance of delivering an appropriate level of care."

"I make iphone voip calls from the fring app, sometimes over wifi and even on tmobile's edge network. The real problem with this, has been latency issues, secondary to processing deficiencies on the iphone itself (1g). In a pinch, or when my plan minutes are running short, this option works."
