      Morning Deals Round Up

      By consumerist.com, 8:54 AM on Wed Mar 1 2006, 112 views

      • Today's Woot! is a Denon S-101 DVD Entertainment System with iPod compatibility for $705, shipped. That's a good price—they normally go for $900 or more—but we can't help but think that for most folks, a nice DVD player and a set of surround sound speakers and receiver might be a better value, even without the ability to charge an iPod.

      • Get a free USB flash drive by lying to Microsoft. The answers are '2' then 'true' down the line—at least that's what SlickDeals says. The little app didn't work on our Mac.

      • Amazon has the Black & Decker 109pc Accessory Set (a bunch of drill bits) for $14. Doesn't have the best reviews, but having extra bits around isn't a bad thing.

      • Amazon is also having a 50% off sale on over 1,200 watches.
