It was both their fault, geek squad putting the wrong model in the wrong box, and his fault for not looking in the box before he paid for it.

It's been 10 months, if I was the manager I wouldn't do anything either.
Best Buy only has a 30 day return policy(not 10 months).

He should stop complaining and live with his mistake.

You got over 100,000 apps, and maybe like 10% of them are useful, the other 90% are crap. It seems like Apple cares more about quantity then quality.
These 10, 15 year old kids are buying these crappy apps, and giving them good reviews, so it makes finding the good ones hard.
And the people who are making these apps, are making them for these young kids that have a short attention span. And these kids don't care cause they aren't paying for them, their parents are.
These apps are gonna be one of the reasons the iPhone is gonna die within 5 years.

How the hell can it be copyright infringement, there're family photos.
And how can Walmart determine copyright?

If you hire a photography, then pay him for his work, doesn't that means he turned all the copyrights for the picture he took over to you?

I was just watching Stargate in blu-ray that I've downloaded the other day, and I cannot tell the difference between that and a regular DVD.
Or maybe on a 32" LCD you can't see the difference.

That's one reason I would never deposit a check at an ATM.

This is not a problem with Chase, she should talk to her employer. Chase weren't the one who charged her, so why should they pay her back, her employer should reimburse her.

She bought a 20lb turkey, and she calls up saying she needs a 40lb. If she needed a 40lb, why didn't she just buy a 40lb to begin with.

If I was the manager, I would want to see a receipt that you bought the turkey, and maybe I'll exchange it for another 20lb one, and not for a bigger one.
