@supercereal: Well. You're awful.

Anyhow; you should probably read the bit where it was said that: "Dale Rice claims the firm cherry-picked the instances from different doctors' visits, and that Brianna had no ongoing health issues. He noted the dizziness to was due to a brief bout with dehydration, the fatigue a result of Brianna staying up late surfing online, and the elevated cholesterol due to an inaccurate test, and said her cough was short-lived."

@pecan 3.14159265: You're kidding, right?

They calmly knock on doors all the time.

The idea that any crime is/should be met with kicked in doors and guns in faces is utterly ridiculous.

Why do the comments all drop to the bottom? That is idiotic, especially when replying to a specific statement. I guess I forgot why I stopped commenting so often..

@Saboth: Most food and drinks (this varies state to state) are not taxed (milk, water, unprepared foods like meat and veggies), it's the ones that are not staples that you find taxes attached to (soda, meals at restaurants, candy, fast food).

@Underscore_Lysdexia: I live less than 2 miles from work, I have to wear a collard shirt and sit at a desk all day. The city i live in is so "not walking friendly" than no matter what rout I take, I have to walk along the shoulder of a 4 lane road. There is continuous sidewalk from where I live, to where I work. There aren't proper bike paths either.

It's not like a game of pitfall, but it is absolutely an unenjoyable experience, especially if it has rained within the last couple days or if you're walking home during rush hour.

That being said, you are correct that food is arguably a much much bigger impact on body and health than level of activity.

@gerrylum: So you would agree that smoking and drinking limits should be abolished as well as drunk driving laws? And that pornography should be available to anyone at any age? What about speed limits and the requirement for car companies to install things like seat belts? What about the requirement to have automobile insurance? What about helmet laws?

Wouldn't those all fall under the same "nanny-state" banner?

At what point do you say "yeah well, that's ok, but not that other stuff?"
