Fine. I give up on any form of decorum. You wanna talk and text during the movie? Great.

I'll fart through the whole damn thing. Watch me. (or rather, listen and smell.)

White House Wants Your Car To Get 54.5 MPG By 2025

I've got a 2011 Ford Fiesta that gets 33-35 mpg in mixed Highway/City driving(30-32 with the AC blasting). It's swell. Driving style can have a noticeable effect on your mileage, though, and I don't think that is taken into account when coming up with ratings.

How's Your iPhone 4S Battery?

If I could promote this comment, I would. This is likely the issue when an overnight-charged phone has a mid-90s percent remaining.

Other than that, make sure you are charging from AC, not a computer's USB port. If the computer goes into power save mode, it may stop charging your device. USB charging can also wind up being slower on devices like the iPad, which wants way more power to charge than a computer's USB port provides.

I'm really tired of AT&T insisting this merger will lead to more jobs. It's a lie. It's not even a good lie.

Obama Calls For Congress To Quickly Pass Jobs Bill

This is partly true. However, a lot of people are working overtime/extra hours to meet the demands of their jobs, as companies "trimmed the fat" when the economy faltered. It's just as possible they might hire a few new employees to avoid having others walk off due to being overworked.

This is a serious problem at all of the small businesses I have worked at: too much work for the staff. It results in low morale, reduced output, and a chance the company will not meet their customer's demands.

Ralph Nader Gets A Refund From US Airways

People. Some of you need a refresher course in reading comprehension. Nader did not purchase non-refundable tickets.

As for raging against the guy, I think it is sad that so many people are quick to rag on possibly the biggest consumer advocate around. No one in Washington is without an ego, but Nader is one of the few people there that is more interested in protecting people than corporations. Someone needs to do it.
