I think the big picture here is to introduce kids to a lifestyle of vice and depravity. First, you start out with the gambling machines, then let them into swearing, then feed them beer and cigarettes. Phase 2, complete.

I used to buy junker and quick fix cars for pizza delivery and leave the nicer car sitting at the restaurant lot. People tip better when you pull in a multi-colored dented up scrap heap with a failing muffler.

When I was with Alltel and the company was purchased by AT&T, there was a 30 day window after the transfer where I could drop AT&T without and ETF. There is a way out, just have to make sure it's done in a timely fashion.

Not an insecurity issue, but I get annoyed when I am watching a show, and one of the commercials is advertising the show I am watching, or the network I am watching it on.

I would like to see a similarly designed commercial, but for a Smith & Wesson. Instead of grabbing the phone, the stay at home mom pulls out a .45 and lets the intruder know how uninvited he really is...

I had this same problem with a Natural Born Killers DVD I bought from BB. About 20 minutes into the movie it glitched really bad, so I did a direct exchange. I had the same problem with the new DVD, so i brought it back and exchanged it for a completely different movie, Pulp Fiction i think because it was the same price. I think a lot of these issue are store dependent, and probably regional dependent as well.

I understand that. On the consumer side, though, the only difference to me is whether I sign or type in a PIN, it comes out of the same account. I fail to see how this could have that large of an impact because I always have the option to process it as credit, without the interest being charged etc.

If it's a debit card that connects directly into a checking account, I don't understand why it matters if it is credit or debit. Maybe I've been missing an important piece of the puzzle, but I have never noticed a difference.
