Exactly. This would be through the E&O (errors and omissions) coverage of the Title Search/Insurance company. Even if your state doesn't require it, the bank most certainly does.

This happens all the time. Not really a big deal. I think video game consumers are probably used to the "wait until it's in your hand" mentality on graphics as with something so far out, you know they aren't using much more than pre-renders at best.
