Wachovia Teller Refuses To Deposit Check Written In Two Ink Colors
My experience with Wachovia has been making a deposit with a teller takes a minimum of 5 minutes. Making a deposit at the ATM is 30 seconds... most of that is waiting for the receipt to print or my card to eject.
Attempt To Cancel Blockbuster Account Does Wonders For Customer Service
I've had problems where the movie will be returned and nothing will ship out for a day or so. I spoke to a CSR and he told me this was because the items at the top of my queue had a Short Wait or greater. Their system gives you a day or so to see if the movie will arrive, and if so it ships that one. If not, it moves down your queue. So to keep movies coming, make sure you have "Available" titles at the top of your queue unless you want to wait a little while.
Attempt To Cancel Blockbuster Account Does Wonders For Customer Service
@italianscallion33: Don't forget that us Blockbuster subscribers don't have to pay extra for access to BD movies through the mail. I get as much BD as I can watch in a month as well as much DVD I can watch. With no additional charge :)
Woman Moves From NY To New Hampshire But Her Mail Won't Follow
I had the same thing happen. Luckily I used my credit card to "verify my identity" which cost a dollar. When my mail wasn't getting forwarded I called USPS. Someone from the local office called me and said it would be taken care of. Negative. So Mastercard got involved, and I refused payment on the charge from USPS.... the problem was fixed.
What Do The Notes On Your Account Really Say?
I'm sure after my last call to AimCo about renewing my lease at a $200 increase when the market rate has dropped $110 will cause a big red flag on my account.
Why Can Capital One Raise My Rates Just Because The Economy Is Bad?
I had the same situation with Citi Card. My interest went from 13% to 29%. I politely called and explained that I've never had a late payment, never carried a balance, had a lower interest when my income was next to nothing (college student). After explaining that I'd like to keep my business with Citi, but having such a high interest rate I don't think that would be possible. They offered me a 9.99% APR and increased the cash-back percentages I receive on the card.

Cox Gives a Discount, Then Extends your Subscription
I too have Cox Communications for the Fairfax, VA area. When I signed up for service I was told there was no commitment. When I got a few bills that were finally correct (they signed me up for everything... EVERY PREMIUM channel) I realized the bundle that I was supposed to be getting was no on the account. The rep I spoke to added the bundle and everything was fine. A month later I get a letter in the mail saying I have three business days to cancel the 12 month commitment. SAY WHAT?! I was never told of the commitment and this three days crap was a month ago. Their answer for the letter, it was lost in the mail.
File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I was able to get abotu $150 credit from the rep. If I can find the person's name and number, I will post.
Reader Talks Citibank Down To A Lower Interest Rate On Her Credit Card
@buckfutt: You call that giant? I have never carried a balance on my card. I've had the card for 5 years. Four of those years I was in college, again.. no balance. My interest rate was finally down to 13.99% and today I open my statement to see that my new interest rate is 19.99%!
Let's see what has changed...
From 2004-2008 I was a full-time college student. Working a part-time job for 2 years, so living off of savings. Now I have a full-time job and doing quite well. Instead, Citi jacks my interest rate. Good job Citi!
