What's all this about RSS problems? My feed has been reading fine the entire time (since long before the errors started, and is still fine now) - the one I'm using is [feeds.gawker.com]

Royal Caribbean Sees No Problem With Twin Beds For Anniversary Trip

Absolutely a chargeback is the way to go.

Hilton did the opposite of this to us in Baltimore back in July. We reserved a room with two beds for four people, arrived and found out we had a queen bed. For four people.

When we asked customer service if there were other rooms, of course there were no doubles (but they would happily provide a second single if we paid full price). Same spiel - they reserve the right to change our room arrangements at any time, regardless of what was reserved.

Oh, and there also were no cots available. Or blankets. Or extra pillows. The best they could do was provide a pile of paper-thin cotton sheets for the unlucky couple on the floor. The three subsequent protests lodged with Hilton resulted in "We'll do our best to make sure it doesn't happen in the future." I still rage a little when I think about it.

Rude Wendy's Manager Yanks Customer's Pigtails

This Wendy's is right down the street from where I live. I now drive to the other side of down when I really want Wendy's.

I tried going there twice. First time, I just got a simple nuggets combo from the drive-through. The fries were ice cold, and when I opened the box of nuggets, they were completely covered in salt. Every single one of them, just coated in it.

The second time, I went with three friends. Despite the fact that there were only 2-3 other people in the restaurant (& they were behind us in line), it took us more than half an hour to get our food, and the people behind us were served long before us. All of the food was cold and awful. The coffee-toffee-twisted-frosty one of us ordered wasn't even mixed, it was just a pile of vanilla slop with some toffee bits and coffee syrup poured on top. Ugh.

@Tightlines: Thank you. I thought I was the only one who noticed. I almost want to gripe about some assumption based on the story being fashion-centric... but it's fixed now! Yay.
