What To Look For In A Not-So-New Home
I'd be more concerned about the state of the branch wiring than the overall ampacity of the panel. Unless absolutely everything in your house is electric - stove, dryer, heat pump, water heater - you're not gonna blow a 100 amp panel.
Now if the branch wiring is ancient and/or consists of too few circuits - then yes, you've got a problem. But 200 amps, for most homes, is overkill.

Clean Your Keyboard Without Ruining It
I work in an IT department at a law firm, and I do this all the time. Haven't lost a keyboard yet. And I do use the tiniest bit of detergent. Done it with Dell and Logitech keyboards to great success.
It gets me some very strange looks as I'm loading keyboards into the dishwasher in the break room, but the higher-ups love it because I'm saving them money by not replacing keyboards when people quit/get fired.

Traits You'll Need If You Become A Landlord
In this case it's a rowhouse with a 14-foot wide front. I lived in it personally, anywhere on the entire roof would have an unobstructed southern view. When I signed up for Directv they tried to put it on the front too and I told them no way, it had to be on the roof, It was no issue.
Traits You'll Need If You Become A Landlord
Yeah like I said it's not a crisis. If they would have just asked me though, I would have said put it on the roof like I did back when I lived there. There is a bill in my city being floated around that would mandate they can't be on the front of the building, and if it passes I'm sticking them with the removal bill.
Traits You'll Need If You Become A Landlord
I recently went into being a landlord, keeping my old (small) house and moving into my new house, a large duplex.
I consider myself extremely lucky. I found great tenants for both spaces who both make more money than I do and only seem to rent because they don't feel like dealing with the hassles of owning. Seriously, their credit scores and references were impeccable.
They mail me a rent check every month that I always get before the first of the month when it's due. So far the only "problem" is that the tenants got DirecTV and had the dish mounted to the front of the house without asking me. Annoying, but not a crisis.
Maybe I'm still in the honeymoon stage but it's been pretty sweet so far.
