When I lived in Manhattan, I had lots of apt visits from Time Warner. They would always set the appt at 8AM and the guy would always show up right then or even 5 mins early. I was impressed for awhile until I saw that they parked the truck literally a block and a half away from my apartment. So, it was no surprise they were so early and punctual. I see not everyone is as 'lucky' as I was.
