Since the smoking ban took place here in Michigan, we have seen atleast 3 bars go out of business, citing decline in business since the ban. Not only that, but now 2 of the bars in town have converted to bikini bars (no doubt trying to come up with a way to lure customers in).
All these nanny state regulations take away the right of the business owner to choose how to run their business. I can understand somethings (restaurants are one that I could understand and deal with). The problem is, you give these people a inch, they take a mile.
