I smile every time someome gets burned on Ebay. Eventually you will learn your lesson. Ebay buyers are jerks and sellers are scammy. Of course not all, but many.

Ebay buying paypal is a HUGE conflict of interest. Plus the buyers and sellers are ebay's customers.. so all the balls are in their court.

They are bi-polar in the way they act in dispute situations. You have no recourse ever. Ebay has been putting itself out of business for a long time, but it is as bad as it gets now.

I refuse to buy or sell on there because you never know what will happen

I didn't have a coffee maker before my Keurig and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I had no desire to get coffee, filters, a coffee maker, and learn the art of coffee. I live alone and only drink 1 cup at a time, per day.

Are the K Cups about .60 cents per? Yes. But my local Coffee place always got me for at least $2 per day. So I don't care if its $10,000 a lb, I am still saving $1.50 per day plus time, plus gas, plus its done right every time.

Plus who just gets a coffee at the place, so now I don't buy all sorts of bagels, muffins etc. that I didn't need.

My particular Outback is usually good except for the takeout. I have had a few problems lately and finally called to complain. They put me on hold for 10 minutes while my food got cold while they "got a manger"

This has happened at least twice and the manager keep promising to send me a certificate to cover the meal that I never got. After 3 times of hearing this from 3 different owners (2 are/were managing partners / owners) I received nothing.

Outback is high volume and they get about 90% right. What other restaurant do you know that only serves dinner and makes all their money from 4pm-11pm? When dining in they have a great system when they are busy utilizing runners and other help. Every table is everyone's tables is their system and it works great, unless they aren't busy. Then it falls apart badly.

The takeout is also a joke. The website says 20 minutes and the food is ready anywhere from 20 minutes to an average of 40. It asks for your car type, but the people still come out and ask if its you. They also strategically leave out things such as your salad or side order. Calling to complain just ruins your meal and you are lied to. No joke, I dealt with 3 people that work there and they gave me absolutely nothing in the end but a bunch of BS.

Oh well, they are better than most. I guess I should be happy for that.

Read the Consumerist for a day and Sears will come up... or actually go looking for stories if you need. They suck. They suck. They suck. DONE.

Fedex sucks. For weeks they would continuously delivery to different addresses as they felt fit. One time they delivered it to our shop instead of the office and it sat for years. Meanwhile a ebay dispute happened, paypal, chargeback, the whole nine. They were miles apart by the way.

Years later we found it in the dust as it was left outside our door. They lied about where it went. They lied about who signed for it. What a joke when I called them about it.

DON'T CLOSE YOUR VENTS! Honestly, everyone acts like this is a wonderful thing to do, but in reality it's not. If the system was designed correctly then it has a rather delicate balance that must not be disturbed to ensure an even airflow throughout the house AND proper equipment operation. If you start closing off vents then you choke the airflow of the system and can do one of two things depending on which mode the equipment is operating in. In heating the restricted airflow can cause the furnace to operate at the upper limit of it's designed temperature rise which can lead to several problems with the furnace itself..

Ah right in my home area... This is a busy store right off a major highway.. $75 could be one filup at one pump ....especially since they have the cheapest gas in the area usually.

Cumberland Farms are corporate run overpriced lousy stores.. which are everywhere around here. Based out of Boston I believe... they have a lot of stores..
