I believe I have had one of the top 10 worst experiences anyone had ever had with comcast (truly a feat). Only a matter of time before Dish has on demand.

Is This Playstation 3 Too Dusty To Be Repaired Under Warranty?

I don't know if that's a risk to technicians health but I think the unit had to have clearly been mishandled to accumulate that amount of dust in the short time period that PS3's have been on the market. In addition, any amount of dust could be hazardous to a technicians health by the very nature of what dust is composed of. i would wonder what all that dust is actually composed of before I could answer if it was a health risk. All the same... if they are arguing hazardous to health then Sony is wrong.

Wide Open West Blacks Out NFL Network Games Because It "Can't Afford Them"

I have WOW and was definately not informed of this. Went home to watch the game and simply couldn't. Sad because NFL network was a must for me after having very significant problems with Comcast. I knew WOW was a smaller company which is actually one of the reasons I went with them (I want more competition in the marketplace). The blame here has to lie partially with NFL network through... I have never heard of any other network demanding more for their shows....

Why I'm Never Shopping At Sears Again

As a former Sears employee I can tell you exactly wear you went wrong. You said you had the "factory" warranty right? That means that the responsibility to fix the machine falls on the manufacturer.

But Kenmore is made by sears right? Wrong... Kenmore is a name of a product line made FOR sears. The refrigerator you purchased was MADE by frigidare and it is their warranty that you have. If you had purchased the extended warranty then it would be the responsibility of Sears... otherwise Sears has a 90 day policy. You opted not to get it yet demanded to be treated like you had it... in other words you wanted something for nothing.... but instead you got very little for nothing.

This is not a legitimate complaint against Sears... You may have more luck barking up frigidares tree (check the warranty... should have the numbers).
