Millions Of Homeowners Have Not Made Mortgage Payments In Years
Your comment about the real estate agent is one thing that always bothers me about those home buying shows on HGTV and similar (Property Virgins in particular). The agent always says, "So, I see you've been approved $XXX,XXX. We'll look for houses for that amount." Unless the buyer says they are trying not to spend that much, the real estate agent always tries to max them out. Worse yet, they then often times have the family look at houses above their "budget." I really think it is a bad example to be demonstrating to millions of people. Shouldn't the shows be at least considering smart buying practices given the current state of affairs?
How Do You Get A Neighbor To Stop Parking In Front Of Your House?
My wife came home one day and the only available spot on the street was in front of our neighbors house. We VERY rarely ever parked on the street and especially in front of their house. The car was there maybe 12 hours, overnight. The neighbors wrote a long, angry note telling my wife to never park in front of their house again. In turn, my car was parked in front of their house for the following month. Never got another note and they never said a word about it... Silly people, you don't own the street. If you'd like someone to do you a favor and not park in front of your house, ask them, otherwise you'll just piss them off and make them keep doing it.
US Airways Takes Parts Out Of Xbox To Make Flying Safer
The problem I've had with putting in my carry-on is that then it takes them 20 minutes to figure out what it is, then they want to take it out of its box and test it for explosives, etc...it can be a real hassle! I do it anyways and allow for the extra time needed, but that may not always be an option for everyone.

I have an E398 that is covered. Had it for a long time now and it just started having issues with charging in the last few months. I plug the charger in and nothing happens or sometimes it says "Unable to Charge." Guess this explains the issue.

Millions Of Homeowners Have Not Made Mortgage Payments In Years
I've always assumed it was something like this, but my point is still valid. The show demonstrates (even if only in make believe) poor home buying practices. If nothing else, it gives people who make a budget the wrong idea that it is "normal" for an agent to show you homes above your price point. I guess maybe the problem is that having an "agent" on the show who gives out useful information and helps "buyers" make logical decisions, supported by careful budget consideration, doesn't make interesting enough TV.
