I foresee an increase in sledgehammer sales in Denver and an increase in destroyed parking meters.

My kids don't eat school food often; the quality isn't very good and it's not that hard to make them a sandwich to take.

Ramada. We traveled from CA to MN last year and on the way back stayed at the Ramada in Cheyenne, WY. it was a total dump. Old/nasty rooms, toilet didn't work, mildew in the shower. We'd have been better off going to one of the non-name motels just up the road...might have been the same condition but cheaper.

Contacted Ramada...they say they're all "independently owned" so they wouldn't give a partial refund or do anything about the place. I'll never stay in one again.

Zynga-Branded AmEx Prepaid Card Lets You Earn FarmVille Cash In The Real World

I play a game that recently went free to play. They sell "stuff" like weapon/armor skins for real money. One thing they also sell is items that let you upgrade your gear and not have the upgrades fail.

While I realize this is not 'real' stuff it's worth a few $$ to me to be able to do the upgrades and not have the 4th one out of 4 fail resetting the item back to the base level.

But there's no way I'd pay for any of the Zynga games.

There Are More Job Openings Now Than There Have Been For 4 Years

I'm a tech worker and there are a lot of jobs posted....and employers are taking advantage by low balling pay rates and wanting more experience than needed for the job. I've seen tech jobs that they want a Bachelors and one certification paying $15/hr and you have to use your own car to go to client sites.

I'm so glad I have a job and I'm not looking.

The TSA Brags About Scooting 1 Million Passengers Through PreCheck Screening

I recently flew from San Jose to San Diego and back on Southwest. Trip down was easy; got there early, security took 15 min and plane left late. Way back San Diego's Southwest gates (1 and 2) have the new scanners where you do the dance. Apparently NOT taking my wallet and a piece of paper out of my pockets was an issue so I got patted down after exiting the machine. The TSA also decided they needed to check my suitcase as well since I found a note in there that they'd searched it. Two weeks of dirty clothing and some toiletries...hope they found it exciting to dig through.

If it's a higher value item like a phone why use USPS? Their tracking sucks and using FedEx or UPS would give you better tracking.

It won't necessarily protect you from theft after delivery or the driver just throwing the package from the truck to the doorstep.

How Gamestop Lost My Business Over Twenty Bucks

I'm a PC gamer and will not buy from Gamestop ever. Why should I pay them for a download? When Skyrim came out I went to Target and got the game plus a $10 Target card for a future purchase.

If I am going to do a download game I'll use Steam. I didn't like it when it first came out but now I'm pretty happy with it.
