This...the lights that are constantly on in my house, of which there are two, last at LEAST 3-5 years on one bulb, 24/7. The ones that go on and off repeatedly die faster.

While I agree this is kind of goofy, I can see the usefulness of it. I'm only five foot ten, pretty damn average, and I still find it unpleasant and sometimes fairly difficult to contort myself as necessary to get in and out of many regular "cars" (as opposed to vans, trucks, minivans, economy pickets, and all the other clases...so I guess anything like a sedan or smaller). I can only imagine how bad it must be for people with less mobility.

Not for profit has little to do with anything. The site presents itself as a knowledgeable expert source on consumer matters. This image carries with it certain expectations in regards to the quality of the site and the professionalism of the staff when it comes to the journalism they provide.

I have to say, Phil doesn't meet that expectation. At all.

Easier: Phone recordings. Federal law on this is one-party consent. So if you consent, you have no need at all to tell them it is even happening. This assumes the call is over state lines of course, but with BOA, that's all but guaranteed.

Thankfully, my state is also One Party Consent. So I'm good to go regardless.

Delta Lost My Dog, Too

Well, let's see here. The dog was in a different, perfectly good kennel and did not break out of that one during the first portion of the trip.

Delta told her the dog needed a larger kennel, selected the kennel, and put the dog in it.

The dog broke out of Delta's insufficiently constructed kennel. Something the owner had no control over.

So, how might that be Delta's fault. Let's think for a second...OH RIGHT. It WAS their fault. Silly you.
