Bigger companies can't eat up the small ones by themselves; they need the consent of the shareholders. That doesn't sound hostile. It sounds voluntary.

Actually, I saw an American Express sign at the store by the gift cards, and they said "No fees after purchase." So I guess they're already doing that.

Misleading headline.

If she went to prison, it would be for assault.

Also, the trial hasn't happened yet. 15 years is the maximum, which she is unlikely to get, in my opinion.
