Why Everyone Loves Costco: Small Selection, Good Quality, Low Prices

The best deal at Costco, although only useful for a limited amount of people for a limited time is the Kirkland baby formula. It is at 65% less than the competitors and made in the same plant as Similac or Enfamil (cannot remember which). Kirkland is $.35/oz, Enfamil @ Babys-R-Us is $1.00/oz and up depending on flavor.

Why not just ride the bike instead of flying? It seems like it would be better for the environment.

You could also just buy a cheap bike at Target and donate it to charity before you come home.

Nine Things That Are Overpriced

*** The only vehicle that I know of that traditionally uses ONLY premium throughout its fleet is Subaru.***

Most Subaru's that are not turbocharged use regular 87 octane. Generally, turbocharged or supercharged engines will require premium regardless of manufacturer.

In the Subaru lineup specifically, vehicles that have a 3.0 liter H6 engine and the turbocharged 4 cylinder will require premium. Normally aspirated 4 cylinders and 3.6 liter H6 vehicles will require regular 87 octane.

I agree. I did this several years ago. Costco pays a living wage to their employees and provides excellent benefits. Plus, they keep their carts out of the parking lot. The Sam's club stores by me always have carts scattered all over the parking lot waiting to ding my car.

Walmart should never be determining who owns copyright on a picture. I have had many professional pictures taken by someone else that I own the copyright to.

It seems that most of the people complaining live in some kind of limited access community. Maybe you should work with your neighbors/association to make it easier for these companies to deliver to you.

For example, I have signature waivers on file with Fedex and UPS for my SFH. That way my package is waiting on the porch for me when I get home from work.

Jardine Crib Recall Program Tells Customers To Screw Themselves

This recall happened almost a year ago. I did the intelligent thing, bought a new crib and then had Babies R Us do a change payment after the voucher arrived.

It was a royal PITA to get a voucher last summer. It took us at least a dozen phone calls.

Why did these people wait so long to get their cribs replaced?

@Piemonkey: I read the article. Doesn't change the way I feel about hippies. I don't think YOU read the article, because from what I can tell, it is chock full of hippie goodness.

There is a reason hippies are generally referred to as "filthy, dirty hippies".
