Do consumers have any method to contact those that own, run, or update the website? No. The CSR is the consumer portal for everything related to the brand. It is the method we have been given by the company, and therefore it's the appropriate place to voice these concerns.
Any CSR that says "Sorry, thats not my job" is lying. It is your job to pass these issues on. If you don't have a method of doing that, then the company has failed to adequately equip and train CSRs. A bug tracker is the easiest thing in the world to put together.
