Now that everyone is eating off the dollar menu instead of going to a steakhouse, McDonald's wants to supersize your spending: its much-vaunted, premium, third-pound Angus burger goes nationwide today, at around $4. Get 'em while they're hot! Or, erm, deflated and greasy.
