Hasbro promised to replace a Nerf product that broke within minutes of being removed from its package, but that was back in October and Ed still hasn't received anything.

His calls to Hasbro customer service get him nowhere, because they say the issue has been escalated to corporate. Do any Consumerist readers out there have contact info for Hasbro's corporate offices?
