I wonder how much of that $2.8 billion tax payers will be deducting from their income?
The cost of tax advice and software is deductible if you itemize.
And it has NOTHING to do with all those people who don't normally file, but want their rebate checks? I doubt that.
if you gain enough wealth you stop paying taxes and external your cost to others. walmart for example
