  • Yor?

  • I think... I think mine may have arrived as I received a package delivery notification... could it be???

  • 1-800-598-9671 will get you a live person who can look up where they are (holiday one for sure, dunno about summer)

  • Geez, I wish this image had been noticed by myself a couple months ago.
It clearly warrants a "Smash Bros Character Select" joke.

  • FYI:

Consumer Complaints about this offer should be directed to

    Beuna Vista Home Entertainment
    ATTN: Special Handling
    P.O. Box 72699
    Rockford, MN 55571

  • Yay! The discs I sent away for in DECEMBER shipped on 22 April and should be here in 3-4 weeks!! So all told that only took SIX MONTHS!!

  • I was one of the people who submitted the summer offer and never received the discs. I called last week and they told me that there was nothing they could do. After persisting, they said I could resubmit my copies however they "can make no guarantees". I called today to confirm what they originally told me.

    The phone number is: 1-800-598-9671

They however say there is nothing they can do, I can only write a letter and try to resubmit everything to the following address:
    Buena Vista Home Entertainment
    PO Box 500010
    El Paso, TX 88550

  • I just recieved my discs from the holiday promotion today (a week or so after calling and being told they had just gone out and I could expect to wait several weeks to get them.

Look like another poorly managed rebate type fiasco... sadly coming from something Sony was involved in, I'm not all that shocked.

  • Can I get a consultation with a zip code expert? I double-checked this address, because the zip isn't an El Paso zip code. In El Paso, the zips are 799XX. But when I researched multiple sources, such as the USPS website and elsewhere, yes indeedy, this is the right zipcode, and yes, it's in El Paso. How weird--I've never seen an 885XX zip here.

  • I just called and the lady said to fax my copies to: 1-763-477-7663 (regarding the holiday offer) so if I can find my copies (had just moved) I'll give it a try.

  • Just got mine a few days ago, while I was on vacation. It was nice to come home to. When I sent off the rebate I chuckled, thinking I was wasting my time. And voila! Just five months after I sent in the form, the package was at my door!

  • Does anybody know why the hell these things take so long? 6 weeks I can see, but 5 months? Do they have one old guy in a huge warehouse somewhere processing the orders by hand?

  • I got mine in a fairly timely fashion. I'm just lucky I guess. The selection was pretty rotten though. I had to take The Devil's Rejects as one choice, because none of the others was worth anything, and I'll be danged if I didn't like it.

  • i got mine but it took a bit of time

they had the same deal here in canada

Any chance they are going to repeat the offer? I'm looking to get a blu-ray player in a few months.

  • I did not keep copies of my forms, sadly enough. Checking the website it says Im not in the system. Oh well, not like I actually *wanted* any of the movies, just wanted to pad the Blu-Ray shelf a bit.

  • Got mine and I mailed it on 2/28/08 (Holiday offer). I even got all 5 I requested.

  • We received the padded envelope today with nothing in it and open. It had a stamp from the U.S. Post office that they received it open, contents missing, and damaged.
Thanks to this website I called the company sending these out and they cordially offered to resend the order.
    They made my day!

  • I never received my holiday blu ray offer movies and never will. I applied in December 28 2007, when I bought my Playstation 3. I waited until March of this year, and wondered where the blu ray movies were. I contacted BHVE and was told I was denied because the address I used was already used- limit 1 offer per household. It is my work address where thousands of people and numerous businesses are. I explained my case, and asked to reapply with my home address? They said no, and that also the time limit is up. I explained this is a business, not a household, and that if you checked your records you will see I am not the recipient at this address. After numerous letters, faxes, and phone calls to supervisors at Buena Vista Hone Entertainment, I was still denied. I asked why they just could not change the address to my home one, and they stated the software does not let them. I lodged a complaint with my Sony credit card I bought the PS3 with, and when they investigated, they got the same results. This teeters on false advertising by BVHE.
