  • I have this image of a double decker bus driving along a block of sad famlies dragging their belongings out of their homes, while Nelson is on the top level of the bus giving a good old "HAha!"

    This is a pretty clever way to drive up the selling price for the homes by grouping buyers together.

  • "And to your left, we see a 3,000 square foot home owned by a couple and their two dogs, notice how they're scattering car parts across the lawn as they move their things out. You just might get this house for a steal now!"

  • The spammers who blanket towns with signs saying "We Buy Houses" like to take potential investors for tours of their properties. But the events described in the article sound a lot more professional and legitimate, with more experts and fewer middle-men, than what the we-buy-houses spammers could ever offer.
