I always just called them 'Coaches Pants', because for a while it seemed like NFL coaches went on a binge wearing these things. Porky middle-aged men in garish team-colored stripes with clipboards.

Combine these with some Crocs, and maybe even some old school Oakley shades, and it's a freakin' fashion circus.
