Worst Company In America Round 1: UPS Vs. FedEx

WCIA2013HEADERfedups
The final match of Round One delivers the one-two punch of FedEx and UPS, both of whom were scheduled to fight earlier but had to reschedule because they were running late.

UPS is often involved in the complaints we receive from readers, sometimes as an innocent messenger, but also as a company that sometimes simply refuses to deliver packages, even if you sign up for its My Choice program. Then there are the rogue UPS drivers who do things like come back to your house to watch while you shower, or steal stuff that FedEx left on your door.

Of course, FedEx is no stranger to scandalous behavior, like the driver who just freaked out and kicked an entire truckload of packages out onto the street, or the FedEx reps who told drug dealers where they could find their mis-delivered drugs. Let’s not forget about alleged overcharging, and the fact that FedEx SmartPost, which combines the absolute worst of FedEx and the Postal Service into one colossal cluster-you-know-what.

Please sign here for your neighbor’s packages and vote.

VOTING FOR THIS POLL IS NOW CLOSED, CONGRATULATIONS TO FEDEX FOR MOVING ON TO ROUND TWO!
