Reader Fred sent us this photo using our Tipster App, and we can imagine him scratching his head from here. “So to order a new remote to replace your lost or broken one,” he writes, “you have to use the remote!”

Well, not exactly. This message is funny when you take it at face value. There’s a desktop program that you can also log in to and order a remote, or from Verizon’s site. Not that this screen tells you that, though.
