Did My Home Depot Test These Shovels Before Putting Them Out For Sale?

Todd was at his local Home Depot when he noticed something weird about the shovels on display. They were rusted and had clearly been used.

The Home Depot in [redacted], IL was displaying snow shovels for sale as new. Most of them didn’t look new to
me… They showed obvious signs of rust, bent metal scrapers, torn labels and some sort of buildup where the shaft met the shovel.

I notified one of the employees, but I don’t know if they’ve been removed yet.

I don’t know: I’d buy a used shovel at a suitable discount. I mean, it’s going to look like this after the first time you use it anyway.
