We should be grateful that stupid people are often stupid across the board. This makes them easier to identify. That was the case with some night-shift warehouse employees at a Kentucky Walmart who thought that it would be fun to toss around what they claimed were iPads, dropping the boxes a few times like [insert name of your least favorite football team here.] Their poor judgement means that they thought it would be a fantastic idea to take a video of the shenanigans and post it on YouTube.

Protip: this is actually a terrible idea.

Walmart claims that the culprits were no longer employees of the store before the video hit Reddit and became a global sensation, complete with a musical remix.

If people are going to do gross or inappropriate things at work, let’s all hope that they have the complete lack of foresight to commit the acts to video and post them online. Even if the specific location isn’t mentioned in a video, after all, someone will find them. Here are a few examples that we remember fondly:

A Walmart spokeswoman sent a great, not at all corporate-sounding statement to CNET, which confirmed that the morons involved had been terminated, and said in part:

We’ve seen the video of several night-shift associates destroying merchandise in the back of one of our stores in August and, as anyone can image [sic], it made us wince. We are also embarrassed.
