Real Estate Ad: Fancy Apartments Lead To Sex With A "Better Quality Of Woman"

It’s not a shock that some people find a luxury home — especially something like a tricked-out, multi-million dollar NYC apartment — to be a bit of an aphrodisiac, perhaps to the point of overlooking the other person’s less attractive qualities. But a NYC real estate broker has decided to do more than just hint at this behavior in its new ad.

“I don’t remember his name, but his apartment…” reads one ad for the fancy-pants brokerage. The accompanying artwork shows the bottom halves of a male and female, appearing to be in the early stages of a steamy evening. Or maybe she’s performing CPR. Hard to tell.

“You can make a correlation between the quality of your apartment and the quality of women you get,” says a VP of the broker, which specializes in photo-spread worthy rentals with price tags of at least $12K/month and for-sale properties well into seven and eight figures… and apparently thinks that someone who is attracted to material goods is a better quality mate.

If there’s anyone out there who would be that impressed with my spectacular view of not one, but two halfway houses, well… that would just be sad.
