Hackers Say They've Stolen Email Addresses, Passwords Of Sony Pictures And Sony BMG Customers

Sony’s troubles with hackers continue. Now that the company has recovered from the PlayStation Network outage and lengthy rebuilding process, hackers claim to have stolen and posted email addresses and passwords from 50,000 Sony customers on the Sony Pictures and Sony BMG sites.

Wired reports the hackers said the data breach left 1 million customers’ data vulnerable, but due to a lack of resources they were only able to snag the 50,000. The group has also recently hacked PBS, Sony’s Japanese website and Fox.com.
