Responding to concerns about its iPhone/3G iPad location tracking, Apple sent a letter to Congress explaining why it needs to collect the info.
While failing to confirm whether devices sent the info to the company, the lawyer said it was Apple’s right to do so, contending that users agree share the info in the End User Agreement.
