Walmart is quite competitive this week, not only vying to move on in the Worst Company in America Sweet 16, but battling female employees in a sex discrimination court today in a case before the Supreme Court.

Reuters reports the largest class-action suit of its kind in U.S. history involves 1.5 million current and former female Walmart employees. Justices will decide whether the case, which was filed 10 years ago, warrants class-action status. Walmart will try to convince the Supremes that the complaints are too diverse to be classified as class-action.

The court is expected to hand down its ruling by late June. If the plaintiffs win, the case will be heard by a federal judge in San Francisco.
