Tell Us About Your "Never Again" Moments

How far does a business need to go before you not only make the oft-spoken declaration that you’ll never shop/eat/order from there again, but that you actually follow through and take away your business permanently?

We want to hear about those times that you were pushed too far or were so put off that, regardless of any inconvenience it might have caused you, you removed a store — or a restaurant or even a particular product — from the list of places that you would willingly give your money to.
