Lexus Takes Its Online Voice Mail Translation Too Literally

Daniel was messing around on the Lexus site and was confronted with this screen.
He writes:
I'm a big fan of the site, and when I ran across this today, I thought you might appreciate it.On the Lexus Contact Us page (http://www.lexus.com/contact/), they seem to have taken a bit too literal of a translation from their phone directory.
Does anyone with web design experience know how this might have happened?
