          He is the only one thats posted them since at least Valve started their sale. Slightly after Phil put up an extremely ignorant rant about returning Steam games. He took so much flak from that he had to add a retraction/edit after it went nuclear. Sadly his understanding on digital licenses hasn’t been improved. He even ended up on the front page of reddit because he is so far in left field.

        Morning deals are posted in the morning. Steam deals update at 1:00PM (EST). So, they can either post deals that will be dead in a few hours or hold back their entire morning feature just to accommodate Steam’s schedule. Neither is an attractive option, especially considering I already know to check Steam’s website.
